I added some enhancements to the OpenGL Renderer for Unreal Tournament. A Win32/x86 binary and the source code are available on this page. The settings page documents some of the options. For Unreal Tournament (version 4.36 or compatible): The latest stable OpenGL renderer is version 3.6: utglr36.zip (110 KB). The patch is the work of the OldUnreal forum, building on work from the UTPG (Unreal Tournament Preservation Group), a collective of community programmers and server admins that took over after.
